We had a good time with our friends in HK. Both couples have stayed in HK for more than 2 years.

Couple A, the wife married with a Hkee, so she has been "imported" to HK and stayed there about 5 years plus. We met in Exchange square - a financial district in HK - and hop into a high class restaurant. Oh Oh, dear and I just came back from Macau and we were not well-dressed at all, so we met the husband there first, and quietly asked him whether we should change the venue and go somewhere more common like Starbucks. The husband called but she insisted to stay, so we were uneasy at first, where the waiter "professionally' served us, the few set of folks and spoons that lay before us that we have no clue how to start with...

Luckily the conversation and fellowship took the uneasiness away and we spent hours and hours catching up news with one another. Friend of us has been "converted" into a typical HKee, when she speaks there is HK slang in her :-P

We finished our dinner and enjoyed the musicians singing for us at the end.....Food was unique but we did not order Peking Duck (Though dear was dying to try it after conversation with Mr. Zen), we respected the host's choice anyway (Of course, bills went to them, not me :-P)

Couple B, who both work as in house legal advisors in one of the US company in HK brought us to this Mongolia Steamboat House to eat their specialty - lamb meat. The picture you see is the steamboat to cook the veg and meat. Awesome and delicious. We talked and fellowshiped. They seemed to plan to stay in HK for good as the conversation hover around how our country has failed in many aspects to them. They still care for their home land, I guess.

We were really happy to meet them, we'd like to meet friends and talk about heaven and earth rather doing something aimlessly, we both happy that friendship among us is still there though we are seas part away, it kills our time in HK, we rather chat with them than window shopping..

Perhaps, they may be the reason we will revisit HK...
