I think I get a bit fatter... one week without working out in gym and the full cream milk, ais cream and chocolate I comsume here... oh, my diet plan is gone!!!!!
My ex-student also fed me a lot too....
I start thinking my work out plan when I am back :-P

You did not even eat rice at night!
I am running 20 min now (only 8.5-9 speed) and 30 min crosstrainer. Somehow I'm still not losing weight either :(
Hey... just lift a babe like me and sweat doing house chores.. save some bucks too :)
